Sponsoring the Academy is integral to the university’s commitment to promoting, within East Poole, lifelong learning, higher qualifications and increasing the number of local young people moving onto higher education. Its links with business and enterprise are an important resource for the Academy and its academic strength is vital in developing the Academy’s broad curriculum, including vocational courses.
For more than 200 years, The Church of England has worked with communities to bring education to all and nurture the unique talents of individuals. The Diocese of Salisbury has a strong relationship with the local community and a long-standing commitment to encouraging its regeneration through providing high-quality education.
